the soap interface
Overview
We use a SOAP API (Aplication Programming Interface) that is a multi-programming language protocol specification for exchanging structured information of our Web services, using XML.
The Member's information in our IMS database is protected, the interface will however confirm required detail from information that your Web site has either gathered from the Member itself, or in cases where the Member needs to meet your criteria (between certain ages or gender specific), it will confirm with a simple "positive" or negative" against the verified information.
The interface is fully customizable according to your specific information requirements. Through the interface, your site will be able to confirm the following verified member information:
- » Name/s - Members with basic verification status (50%)
- If the Member filled in their real name on your site as "John", we will confirm whether it is correct.
- » Surname (Last name) - Members with basic verification status (50%)
- If the Member filled in their Last name on your site as "Doe", we will confirm whether it is correct.
- » Age - Members with basic verification status (50%)
- If the Member filled in their age on your site as "18", we will confirm whether it is correct, or
- if you require the member to be "over 21", or between 18 and 21, we will confirm whether they qualify.
- » Gender (Sex) - Members with basic verification status (50%)
- If the Member filled in their gender on your site as "Male" or "Female", we will confirm whether it
- is correct.
- » Email - Members with basic verification status (50%)
- If the Member uses the same Email address as what is verified in the VERiiD IMS, you will be able
- to confirm whether the verified Email was entered correctly into your web site.
- » Mobile phone number - Members with basic verification status (50%)
- If the Member uses the same Mobile number as what is verified in the VERiiD IMS, you will be able
- to confirm whether the verified number was entered correctly into your web site.
- » High-level verification requirements
- If you want your Members to have a higher confidence scoring than 50%, they must undergo
High-level verification. As there are no personal data concerned, we will devulge the verification - status of the Member in percentage (%) form, should you require it (50,60,70,80,90 or 100%).
